Personal Identifiable Information (PII)

The client profile contains Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as first name, last name, date of birth, and Social Security Number. To add or update PII, simply click CLIENT INFORMATION.

Keep in mind PII is shared across the system, so the data you enter will be seen by other agencies and pulled into their reports.

You should never share PII with individuals not authorized to know the information.
