Client Care Team
For care coordination, it's important to know who is involved with the client's case.
When you enroll a user, you assign yourself or sometimes another user to the client's care team. When you exit the client's enrollment, you can remove or end the "case assignment".
There are times when you might wish to manually add yourself to a client's care team.
To assign yourself to a client's care team, navigate to Client Information >> Care Team.
From here, you manage your assignment, indicating the dates and related project.
