Missing Head of Household

When a data quality report highlights an enrollment missing a head of household (HoH), there are two possible reasons.

  1. The user exited the HoH, but did not exit the other case member(s).
    1. Solution: locate the enrollment, click EXIT ENROLLMENT, and exit the other case member(s) with the same exit date as their HoH.
  2. The user exited the HoH and there are active case member(s) who are still enrolled, but the user did not assign an active case member as the new HoH.
    1. Solution: locate the enrollment, click EDIT ENROLLMENT, proceed to the enrollment screen and edit the Relationship to Head of Household for the case members, making sure one of the active case members is the new HoH. The old HoH will need a new relationship status.
