Duplicated Enrollment Entries

When a data quality report highlights duplicated enrollments for a client, this means the client is enrolled twice or more in the same program at the same time. The program types subject to this review are Transitional Housing, Rapid Re-housing, and Permanent Housing only.


Here are some important considerations to help you determine what needs to be fixed.

  • Did the client exit the earlier enrollment and the record simply needs to be exited properly to prevent overlap? Solution: find the earlier enrollment and click EXIT ENROLLMENT.
  • Was an enrollment entered by mistake? Solution: find the erroneous enrollment(s), click VIEW / DELETE CASE MEMBERS and delete.
