Password Problems

For active certified users having problems logging in, remember your password must have at least:

• 8 characters
• One upper-case letter (ABC...)
• One lower-case letter (abc...)
• One number (123...)
• And, one special character (@!#$%^&...)

If you don't remember your password, you can just click "forget your password" on the login screen. You'll have to correctly answer your security question to receive an email with a temporary password. NOTE: if you never set up your security information, you won't be able to use this self-service option.

If all else fails, you can ask your HMS Representative or the HMIS Help Desk to provide you a temporary password.
