Case Load Reassignment

While not a HUD-HMIS compliance requirement, the ability to track and manage case assignments is a valuable feature used by many agencies.

From the HOME screen >> Case Load, you can view caseloads for your agency's active users.

In cases where you need to reassign cases to another user, use the Case Load Reassignment screen.

To reassign, simply select the current "case manager" to view their cases, select the cases you wish to reassign, then select the new "case manager".

NOTE: Reassigning overwrites the previous user's assignment. If you would rather preserve that history, navigate to the CLIENTS screen >> Care Team where you can end date the previous user's assignment, starting a new assignment as well.
