Re-entering a client
All users can restore an exited client within 90 days of their exit date. If you have accidentally/erroneously exited a client from a program and wish to reinstate that client’s enrollment, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Client’s Dashboard:
2. Click the ellipsis (three dots) next to the enrollment you wish to reinstate. Select “View/Delete Case Members” from the drop-down menu.
3. On the Case members screen, click the ellipsis beside the client whose enrollment you wish to Re-Enter, then select “Re-Enter” from that drop-down menu.
4. At the top ofyour screen, this prompt will appear indicating that the client has been reinstated:
5. If the client was exited more than 90 days ago, the system will not allow this type of restoration – you must contact the help desk to have an administrator restore that client.
