NEW USER

Once authorized by their agency, we'll send staff instructions to complete their online coursework. Some users may have additional coursework depending on their responsibilities, like Coordinated Entry or Point-In-Time Volunteers. The coursework is entirely online, self paced and interactive, with simulated software exercises where staff can hone their skills.

ANNUAL REFRESHER

HUD requires Continuums of Care to re-train users annually on privacy and security policies. Our annual HMIS Refresher Training to cover these policies as well as other important topics, such as data standard updates.
