Managing Enrollments
Entry Errors
To correct a client's enrollment or an entry assessment, simply find the enrollment record then click the action button to select "EDIT ENROLLMENT". You can then proceed thru the workflow with your corrections. Do not delete an entry assessment tied to an enrollment.
Exit Errors
To correct an exit date or exit assessment, simply click "EXIT ENROLLMENT" to proceed thru the workflow with your corrections.
Accidental Enrollment
If you enrolled a client or a household member by mistake, you can click the action button to select "VIEW / DELETE MEMBERS". From this screen, you can delete the client and anyone else accidentally enrolled.
